Therefore, no provision has been made for Federal or Mississippi corporate income taxes in the accompanying financial statements. It is management's opinion that there are no activities that would subject the organization to the unrelated business income tax. The Organization has analyzed its tax positions taken for filings with the Internal Revenue Services. It believes that its tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material adverse effect on its financial condition, results of operations, or cash flows. The Organization's federal and state income tax returns for 2018, 2017, and 2016 are subject to examination by the federal, state, and local taxing authorities, generally for three years after they are filed. Pt XII, Line 2c The Organization has a Board that oversees the audit along with selecting the auditors. Pt VI, Line 11b The President provides the Board with a copy of the Federal Form 990 to review prior to filing. Pt VI, Line 12c The policies of the Organization are consistently monitored to ensure the Organization stay in compliance. Pt VI, Line 15a The Board has procedures in place to approve the salary of the Executive Director. Pt VI, Line 15b The Organization currently does not have any other key employees that receive pay from the Organization, other than the Executive Director (which compensation is approved by the Board).
