Sanford Medical Center Thief River Falls, a wholly-controlled subsidiary of Sanford, Sanford North and Sanford Health Network North, is the sole member of the organization. The Board of Trustees of Sanford also comprises the Board of Trustees for Sanford Medical Center Thief River Falls and for the organization. The Board of Trustees delegates authority to the Board of Directors of the organization. Certain actions of the Board of Directors are subject to member approval.
