They participate in a six-week program spread over two summers geared toward preparing them for future positions on Camp Kirby's staff through mentoring, skill-building, and experiential learning. Served 25 in 2018. Teens in Action- Teens develop project planning and leadership skills through service. They are empowered to identify community needs needs and take action to make an impact in their community. This youth-led and and youth-driven program is guided by trained adults who act as mentors.
