The Imaging Center at Gloster Greek offers its patients access to a Volume (64-SLICE) CT that can freeze frame the heart pumping, the blood moving and the lungs breathing. NMHS does this in order to provide access to a variety of services across the service area and is an intentional part of its business model. Method of determining amounts for transactions described in lines 1a, 1k, 1l, 1m, 1o, 1p, and 1q: Certain routine management, financial, and accounting services are provided by North Mississippi Health Services, Inc. (NMHS) to its related affiliates. Additionally, third-party services are provided by related affiliates for the NMHS system. Amounts reported on Line 2, Column (c) for these transactions are at fair market value and are comparable to transactions between two or more unrelated parties dealing at arm's length.
