Accounting standards require RCA to evaluate its tax positions and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if RCA has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). RCA has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of June 30, 2020, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require the recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. RCA may be subject to audit by the IRS; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Form 990, Part III, line 2 The new partial hospitalization service comprises a structured mental health treatment program that runs for several hours each day, three to five days per week. Clients participate in the scheduled treatment sessions during the day and return home at night.
