TCDC was able to average 30 individuals per session being offered which spread over 4 times a year in 8 week intervals. Once approved by the board, the external accounting firm draws up a copy of the 990 and provides the entire board with a copy. The board signs a signature document acknowledging that they have received, read and approve the filing of the financial statements and 990. The organization continues to have a conflict with a non-profit it has partnered with though books are being kept separate. As you will notice, the accounting firm we use has submitted the return 23 minutes after the deadline thus we kindly request that our lateness not be penalized as we are already struggling financially thus are reason towards seeking to partner up with another non-profit in the near future.
