Additionally, a special meeting was held to reveiw the From 990 and approve its contents. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Each year directors are required to review, complete and disclose any conflicts of interest. Additionally, throughout the year, the Board follows policies to ensure any project or program of a certian value receives multiple competivite bids. Further, directors are reminded throughout the year of reporting any conflicts of interest. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The Baord follows a specific policy to ensure it reviews compensation data from at least 3 similarly situated nonprofits in the area in order to do a compensation determination. A committee of the Board conducts research regarding comparable salary information, reviews the Executive Directors salary and benefits, and ultimately presents its findings to the full basis. This information is provided to all Board members and is contemporaneously documented as part of the minutes when the Baord goes into Executive Session. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 All organizational document are avilable at the non-profits office and will be provided upon request. Additionally they are availableat any Board meeting or the Annual Meeting. Also a copy of the Form 990 is sent to the Secertary of State. Form 990, Part XII, Line 3b: The Community Dvelopment Block Grant requires that the organization complete an audit every two years. The Organization was audited in 2018 and will be audited again in 2020.
