Heritage Baptist College is late on this filing because the individual, which is me, that has filled these forms out for 16 years missed filing the form. I have been the sole individual that knows how to gather and send this information. I have a 14 year old disabled daughter with Trisomy 18 and in September and October she had several issues related around a fractured hip that was finally fixed in October. During that time I did not see this scheduled and I missed the filing date of September 15th. I haven't been late or filed an extension in the 16 years that I have submitted this return.
