In the sectors of Gashora, Mwogo, and Rilima we reached more than 31,082 people with access to clean water. We provided in-depth health and hygiene training and household filter systems to 1,704 families, built and distributed 6 community filters to schools and health clinics, and constructed 13 rainwater harvesting systems on local churches. Our volunteers in Rwanda also visited 1,760 families that have previously received filters to reinforce health & hygiene behaviors and ensure their filters are still working.
