Notably, 30% of participants had an out-of-range A1c prediabetes screening, 10% were for out of range PSA, 66% were for out of range LDL Cholesterol and 23% were for out of range Triglycerides. The Executive Committee of the Board reviews the performance of the Chief Executive Officer, compares the current salary and proposed salary with the appropriate ranges in the Colorado Nonprofit Association survey, considers the overall economic conditions in the marketplace, and recommends a salary increase based upon merit to the Board of Trustees and discusses this with the CEO. The salary decision is also discussed with the full Board of Trustees. Other key employees: The CEO reviewed each of the key employees' salary levels at the time of their annual performance reviews with the annual salary survey from the Colorado Nonprofit Association, and in some cases also with the survey from Mountain States Employers Council and with data from the Colorado Hospital Association.
