Specifically for our food bank we keep and maintain a database that contains families and individuals information as well as inventory and disbursement amounts in pounds (lbs) as well as the in-kind value ($) for each time a family unit or individual utilizes our services. For family services we maintain confidential records regarding family information. Any monetary support is tracked and documented. Monetary donations are provided directly to the parties owed.
