More than 16 million Americans are involved in direct selling in every state, congressional district and community in the United States. In 2018, direct selling generated $35.4 billion in retail sales. To ensure that the marketing by member companies of products and/or the direct sales opportunity is conducted with the highest level of business ethics and service to consumers.
