This independent firm conducted an in-depth review and provided data-driven recommendations for each leadership position within the organization. The assessment considered factors such as job responsibilities, education, tenure, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance, while benchmarking against regional market data and healthcare industry standards. These measures ensure that compensation decisions are objective, equitable, and informed by expert analysis and industry best practices. The Chief Executive Officer utilized state-wide survey data compiled and disseminated by the Association of Community Mental Health Centers of Kansas in determining compensation of the organization's officers and key employees.
