The taxexempt purpose of the Association and the nature in which it operates is described above. Management believes the Association continues to operate in compliance with its tax-exempt purpose. Thus, no provision for income tax has been provided for in the financial statements. The Association's Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, are subject to examination by the IRS, generally for three years after they have been filed.
