Through our educational programs, Zoo Miami Foundation proudly served over 300,000 children and families during FY 2018. Zoo Miami Foundation provided hands on classroom programs, operation of a "Animal Fun Factory" teaching zoo visitors about animal enrichment, keeper talks, school and community outreach programs, zoo camps during the spring, summer and winter as well as mini-camps. Zoo Miami Foundation provided and allocated financial support to Zoo Miami of over $1.2 million as well as over 49,000 hours of service.
