Eligibility for membership to the credit union is based on where you live, work or worship. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The Board of Directors discuss the Form 990 filing after submission to the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c United Consumers Credit Union is audited by federal and state examiners annually. UCCU also has external auditor firm hired by the Supervisory Committee to conduct quarterly Agreed Upon Procedures. UCCU has an internal control associate who reviews and reports various activities on monthly basis. Various executives perform independent tests of conflicts of interest throughout the year. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Each year the Board of directors discuss the CEO's compensation package and determine the appropriate adjustments. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Financial and operational results are made available to the membership at the annual meeting as well as upon request.
