Maintained and repaired dozens of pumps. International Director (ID) lives in Africa full time training an indigenous staff for drilling and digging wells, protecting artisian springs and installing catchment tank systems. Training for solving various water scarcity problems including pump repair & service. Hand pump repair training is ongoing. Locals who show leadership skills are singled out and developed as leaders. The ID is also the Purchasing Agent for materials & equipment for all Africa Operations. Some items are purchased internationally and shipped to East Africa. Those particular charges are pd for via US bank accounts and registered as a grant to Africa Operations Over 250,000 students are now receiving training from the curricu- lum we developed for Kenya and Tanzania. Included in this catagory are repairs and maintenance for our Support Trucks and drill rig. The curriculum was writen, and published, printed & distributed through this grant. An indigenous staff of 3 full time Social Workers were employed and deployed through this grant including salaries, teaching materials tools, transportation. On some occasions seminars are hosted and teachers fed and provided transportation funding. ID oversees this program. Hosted Pastoral Leadership Training Seminars. Training Trainers and equipping with our curriculum for all who are pre- paring to travel abroad in missions based outreaches include teaching workshops and virtual seminars via web based training and public speaking awareness and training events. Our curriculum is available on our website free of charge.
