We raise money through grants, individual donations, and corporate sponsorships to cover their fees. We see this as an investment in a valuable community resource our children. The Executive Director of the Organization serves as the Secretary and Ex-Officio member of the committee. A quorum of the Executive Committee is considered a majority thereof and the Executive Committee has the power to manage regular affairs of the organization between the meetings of the Board of Directors.
