This is a requirement for membership. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The members of the credit union elect the board members once a year at the annual meeting. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Members can request a copy of the return in writing based of the Members Access to Records policy or can access the return online. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Conflict of Interest Policy - Any Employee, director or committee member from this credit union who is offered, receives or anticipates receiving anything of value will disclose it to the credit union supervisory committee or designated official for this purpose. The supervisory committee will keep written records of the disclosures. Annual CPA Audit: Employees are questioned about any conflict of interest and any issues that may arise are turned over from the CPA firm to the supervisory committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Peer salary survey data and performance evaluations are used to determine compensation. Compensation is determine and reviewed annually for the CEO by the Board of Directors. Senior Management employees receive annual evaluations by the CEO. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The credit union has a Member Access to Records Policy. Requests are made in writing and forwarded to the CEO for review prior to releasing information. Financial Statements are posted monthly at each branch location and the public has access to review quarterly call report information online at www.NCUA.gov. We filed an extension in April and were granted the extension through November 2018.
