The Treasurer and Finance Committee also provided independent reviews of the data. Additionally a certified public accountant reviews the Form 990 on a pro-bono basis to ensure accuracy and completeness. These forms are collected and reviewed by the Executive Director and Board President to identify any potential conflicts of interest. No conflicts were disclosed in 2024. The organization Executive Director's salary is determined by using comparability data and is reviewed, documented and approval by the Board annually. Copies of the IRS form 990 is available upon request. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The organization made it's governing documents and financial statements available to the public upon request. Also at the annual meeting of the members, open to the public, By-laws are shared and a financial update was presented covering the prior fiscal year (plan vs actuals) and a budget for the new fiscal year.
