Pt VI, Line 15a The Executive Director Search Committee surveyed the major local non-profits regarding pay for the CEO in those organizations. That information was compared with a Job Classification & Compensation report based on the projected budget and geographic region provided by the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The search committee presented this information to the BGCBR board for consideration in making an offer to the individual who accepted the offer. This discussion and board action was recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
