<ExplanationTxt>Facility , 1 - GREENFIELD AREA MEDICAL CENTER. The Adena Greenfield Medical Center captured the broad interests of the community for the CHNA through three primary methods: public surveys, key stakeholder interviews and focus groups. A health needs survey was widely distributed in both electronic and paper form across the Highland County Community and received approximately 600 responses.
