Form 990, Part III, Line 1 Scholarship program to provide educational assistance to graduating students in pursuit of postsecondary education. Form 990, Part IV, Line 11b The organizations Treasurer submits the 990 return electronically to all board members and directors prior to signing and submitting the return to the IRS. In it's review of the return, the Treasurer requests that each board member vote to affirm the final 990 filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 1a The organization has ten voting members Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Using electronic communicaiton the organizations Treasurer circulates a copy of the 990 to all other board members before filing of the return. There is a period of review under which the Treasurer requests that each voting board member state their acceptance and approval of the 990 tax return. The Treasurer then signs the return and provides authorization for filing.
