Through the Trusts Wind River Program, the ancient petroglyphs, wildlife habitat and essential migration routes are permanently protected. Endowment funds intended uses (Part V, line 4) The Board designated fund is the amount of the original capital investment.There are two temporarily restricted funds. One for equine expenses and one for capital improvements. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 A draft of the 990 is prepared by the CPA from the records. The Business Manager and Ranch Director review the 990 draft for accuracy, recommend revisions or approve the draft. The 990 is then finalized by the CPA. The Treasurer or any other officer of the board may be requested to review the 990 prior to filing. All Ranch officers and directors have access to the form. Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c The conflict of interest policy has been approved by the board and is on file with the Wyoming Secretary of State. Activities are regularly monitored for compliance with the policy. Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The governing documents, including conflict of interest policy, and tax return are made available to the public upon request.
