Part X, Line 2: The Foundation received tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code) on May 20, 2004. The Code provides for taxation of unrelated business income under certain circumstances. The Foundation has no unrelated business income. The Foundation files a Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax) annually.
