Flights are evaluated for qualification within the scope of the organization's policy and must meet length of travel specifications in order to qualify. Part I, Line 7 The Organization maintains a supplemental nonqualified deferred compensation plan for top executives and senior management. The purpose of the plan is to create an incentive for key employees to remain employed by NCEES for a desired length of time, usually several years. The Chief Executive Officer received a bonus payment based on performance at the discretion of the Compensation Committee. Recommendations for associate members of NCEES shall be submitted by Member Boards to the Board of Directors and become effective upon appointment by the Board of Directors. Associate members of NCEES shall have the privilege of the floor upon approval of the presiding officer and may serve on any committee to which duly appointed under the Bylaws. Associate members are eligible to hold the elective office of zone Secretary-Treasurer but are not eligible to serve on the NCEES Board of Directors. An emeritus member of NCEES shall be a person who is a former member of a Member Board who is duly recommended by that Member Board and approved by the NCEES Board of Directors.
