In its 19th year, the Market again realized unprecedented success, bringing together the Wesleyan and broader Peachtree Corners communities, more than 90 professional and 30 student and faculty artists and generating sales of more than $300,000, with net proceeds of more than $65,000. None of this would have been possible without all of our supporters, including our selfless volunteers who fulfilled hundreds of volunteer hours, and our Arts Alliance members and Market sponsors who donated to champion the arts. We are enormously grateful for the wealth of support, in particular for the commitment and determination of a number of key volunteers, including Stephanie Powell, Melanie Pursell, Gina Solomon and Wendy Staley, who were instrumental in the success of the Market. Including Market proceeds, the tradition of Christmas time Art Card Sales and another banner membership year that brought in more than $30,000, the Arts Alliance generated more than $65,000 to be used to support the arts at Wesleyan.
