The compensation data for the President's position will be provided to the Compensation Committee for developing a recommendation to the Board of Directors regarding any compensation adjustment. The Compensation Committee may engage third party consultants to assist with the CEO compensation review and recommendations. The executive compensation data will be provided to the President for determining adjustments for the other executive positions. The compensation data will be gathered using a variety of industry survey sources and data segments which are then validated by a third party. BECU's compensation program is administered by the Human Resources Department and is audited by BECU's Audit Services Department. The last compensation review was conducted in 2015.
