Expenditures and organizational financials are reviewed by the Audit & Finance Committee and Board of Directors at least every other month throughout the year. Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management The Executive Director is evaluated by the Board each year in a formal evaluation. The process is led by the Executive Committee of the Board with feedback from each Board member and select staff. At least every other year a comparable salary review is conducted by the Audit & Finance Committee. The Executive Committee is given recommendation of the Audit & Finance Committee and full Board must approve. Once completed, the Finance Director is made aware of the change and all changes are initiated.
