The Plan was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. The roles and responsibilities of the management employees were established in conjunction with a point system scale. That scale was used to compare salaries to local, state, regional and national compensation data. The plan is reviewed annually by the General Manager, then submitted to the Board of Directors for review and approval.
