Their responsibilities include communicating with and recruiting trainees, printing manuals, making arrangements for feeding trainees at workshops, making arrangements for housing and transportation for incoming teachers and many other similar arrangements.Twice a year, the DM2 "Regional Ministry Director" responsible for the field where these individuals (field directors) are, travels to the field and interfaces with them, verifying their integrity and worthiness of continued support.
