Clarification was added that the Coalition for the Upper South Platte appoints up to three directors. Colation members: Maximum number to serve as directors is nine, removed ability for the member to appoint an alternate to represent the director. Collaborative members: Changed from 25% of board to maximum five directors and added that the director is nominated by the collaborative leadership. Interested invdividuals: Changed from 25% of board to maximum six directors. The term of officers was changed from two years to one year. For amendment of Bylaws removed the requirement that the amendment be submitted in writing to the Board at the previous meeting and included in the minutes of that meeting.
