Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require the management of the Association to evaluate tax positions taken by the Association. Management has evaluated the Association's tax positions and did not become aware of any course of action on services or events that might adversely affect the entities' tax status. Therefore, no provision or liability for income taxes has been included in the consolidated financial statements. The Association is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The management of the Association believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to the fiscal year ended September 30, 2013.
