Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 The organization has corporate members comprised of the Board of Directors of Sunnyside Properties of Sarasota Inc., a related 501(c)(3) exempt organization, whose primary purpose is to elect the Board of Directors for Sunnyside Retirement Inc. Members also have the ability to amend by-laws and remove Board Members. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The Members of the organization conduct an Annual Meeting in September to elect the Board of Directors for Sunnyside Retirement Inc.
