This entity was created in order to limit the Foundation's liability associated with the receipt of contributed real estate and other property contributions. Contributed property is held in the LLC until sale. The existence of this entity is strictly as an asset protection vehicle and is regarded as an investment of the Foundation. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b Form 990 is provided to all board members prior to reviewing. The Board reviews and discusses both the audit and 990 prior to filing.
