We also promote bioenergy through policy advocacy, communications, public education and outreach. The Bioenergy Association of California provided significant policy advocacy intwo proceedings at the California Public Utilities Commission, Rulemaking11-05-005 (implementation of SB 1122) and Rulemaking 13-02-008 (implementation ofAB 1900).
