Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 The Executive Director and members of the board have reviewed the Form 990 for overall accuracy of financial information and other disclosures. The review was conducted prior to its filing with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The organization's governing documents and financial statements are not available to the general public but are available to its member colleges. Form 990, Part VII The Board of Directors are the Presidents of the member colleges of Associated Colleges of Central Kansas (the Organization). The Organization is a supporting organization of the member colleges and therefore the member colleges are considered related organizations and reported on Schedule R as such. In accordance with the instructions for Form 990, the compensation earned by the Presidents from the member colleges should be reported in Column (E) and Column (F) on the Form 990, Part VII, Section A, as related party compensation. In lieu of providing this information, the 990s for the member colleges reporting this information are available upon request once they have been filed. No compensation is received from the Board of Directors from the Organization. Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c: The audited financial statements are submitted to the Secretary/Treasurer for preliminary review and subsequently reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
