The findings of the investigation are reported to the Director of HR, The Chief Operations Officer, and the Division Director who meet to discuss what, if any, restrictions need to be imposed on the person with the conflict of interest. The corporate compliance officer is named by the board of directors and reports all findings on a quarterly basis to the board. Community Reach Center, a related party, is a member of Mountain States Employers Council. The Board of Directors last conducted a 360 degree review of CEO pay in July of 2014.
