This information was used to evaluate and establish compensation rates within community, industry, and asset size norms. Based on these studies, the CEO reviews and sets the compensation rates of senior management. The Board of Directors independently reviewed market norms and determined the CEO's compensation and benefit package. A review by Human Resources, using the customary salary survey studies, confirmed that the CEO's compensation rate was well within the compensation norms for similar positions within the industry, community, and asset size. The last review of compensation for the CEO and Senior Management was completed December 15, 2015.
