The scholarship assistance is provided for all fee based programs offered by the YMCA including membership, child care, camp and swim lessons, fitness programs and all other programs. The scholarship assistance range is 0-100% based on the sliding scale, income documentation is required. As of December 31, 2015, the Organization has maintained certain depository accounts and has received debt financing with these banks. All transactions are considered arm's length. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c On an annual basis the Organization's Board of Directors are required to review the conflict of interest policy and complete a questionaire. Compensation is based on recommendations from the YMCA of USA and comparable salaries in the local area. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 The governing documents, conflict of interest policy, financial statements and Form 990 are immediately made available to the public by calling the Organization's office, walking into the Organization's office or mailing in a request to the Organization. The Form 990 and financial statements are also available through the Massachusetts Attorney General's office/website. Form 990, Section A, Line 29, Column B: Beth Tilley is paid 100% by the YMCA of Metro North, Inc., however Beth spends 50% of her time working for another YMCA (not a related party).
