Current board members are encouraged to attend and review at that time. The conflict of interest policy is reviewed with new employees at their orientation and monitored through monthly supervisory meetings and bi-annual performance reviews. However, in either case, any conflict of interest is addressed immediately when any issue arises. Trustees and staff review and sign a conflict of interest statement annually.
