We rent six houses in four Ethiopian cities. Most of our expenses are paid directly to schools and landlords. The remaining expenses are paid in cash that is wired to our in-country Ethiopian manager. We have almost daily contact with our two employees in Ethiopia and we visit our projects regularly. We also get regular reports from the schools that our students are attending. We are quite sure that the funds we donate are put to their intended use. 1 College tuition and living expenses. 6 108704 0 Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 Our organization supported six Ethiopian nationals attending college (five students) or high school (one student) in the US. We paid for all expenses including tuition, room, board, books, supplies, transportation, and incidental expenses. Most of these monies are paid directly to institutions and textbook suppliers. Very small amounts are given directly to the students for incidental expenses.
