The Board designated a committee in 2014 to review salaries and establish a salary schedule. That salary schedule is being following within the organization. The Board of Directors approved a slight increase to the social worker's salary at the beginning of 2016. Form 990, Part XI, Line 9 At the end of 2014/beginning of 2015 we worked with an accounting firm to create a new company within our Quickbooks accounting system which meant transferring account balances to the new company. In the processing of doing so, the numbers changed slightly from the Balance Sheet ending 12/31/14 in the new Quickbooks company from the Balance Sheet ending 12/31/14 in the old Quickbooks company and on our 2014 990 return. So, the amount on Line 9 is showing those changes.
