Mike Ellis is the current President and CEO of HCN and is also a Director on the Board for IHP. Jerry Starkey is a Director and Board Treasurer of HCN and he also took over as Chairman of IHP upon Richard Akins departure. Sandra Steele is the CFO of HCN and is also a Director on the Board for IHP.IHP uses its majority member HCN for certain healthcare services. The aggregate amount of medical claims and capitation paid to HCN during the fiscal year was $3,402,014. IHP also has a management agreement with HCN.
