Pt III Line 4 FROM FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOOTNOTE-IF THE PATIENT IS UNABLE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT AT THE TIME THE PATIENT IS BILLED, THE SYSTEM NEGOTIATES A PAYMENT PLAN WHEREBY MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE MADE BY THE PATIENT ON THE ACCOUNT. ACCOUNTS ARE CONSIDERED DELINQUENT AND SUBSEQUENTLY WRITTEN OFF AS BAD DEBTS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL CREDIT EVALUATION AND SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE ACCOUNT.
