By using the Community's expertise and resouces, we competently and efficiently reach people in immediate need and provide programs for a wide variety of services. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 The organization's finance committee reviews the Form 990 with the executive director of the organization. Each member of the Finance Committee received a copy of the Form 990 prior to filing. Questions with regard to the prepared Form 990 were submitted to the organization's CPA prior to filing. The board authorized the finance committee to approve the Form 990 on its behalf after a thorough review by the finance committee. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board members are required to review conflict of interest policy each year and to sign off that they do not have or are not aware of any conflict of interests. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 The executive director's salary and the salaries of key employess and their benefits are subject to review and deliberation by the board each year. The board documents any deliberations in their meeting minutes.
