He is also the President and Chairman of Board for Integral Health Plan, Inc (IHP). Mike Ellis is the current President and CEO of CHS and is also a Director on the Board for IHP. Steven Weinman is the former Vice President and COO of CHS and is also the Treasurer on the Board for IHP.IHP uses its majority member CHS for certain healthcare services. The aggregate amount of medical claims and capitation paid to CHS during the fiscal year was $2,346,470. IHP also has a management agreement with CHS. IHP paid CHS $1,288,147 for mamangement services during the fiscal year. Richard Akin is also the Chairman of the Board for the Community Health Center Alliance. CHS functions as a leasing service for Alliance's personnel. CHS billed Alliance $2,897,565 for salaries and fringe benefits it provided the Alliance during the fiscal year.
