Patients and families were provided a total of 5,342 Crisis Care hours in the home and 3,006 un-billable hours of respite care.Volunteers gave a total of 13,657 hours of service which equals $292,686.00 in cost-saving dollars. Bereavement Services were offered to 1,082 surviving care givers. In addition, Senior Leadership and BOD members on an annual basis are required to complete a Conflict of Interest questionnaire prepared and monitored by the Chief Compliance Officer.
