Pt VI, Line 15a The Governing Body (The Board) annually reviews the performance of the President and acts on a recommendation of the Board Chair regarding annual salary adjustments. The President's compensation is subject to the same process as all other employees, including a designated salary grade level established by the Board. The Board may also retain outside independent compensation advisors, as deemed advisable by the Board, and review benchmark information to ensure that compensation of the President is reasonable. The Board Chair also coordinates with the President to develop the performance goals and criteria for recommendation to the Board.
