Health Center at Fountain Increases Services - Peak Vista has served the Fountain Valley community since 2006. Due to an increased demand for affordable healthcare in this community, we opened a new, larger facility in May 2014 enabling us to serve additional patients. We are extremely grateful to all donors who helped make this tremendous growth possible; including Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8, who donated the land. At the Lane Center, we serve patients of all ages with comprehensive primary medical and behavioral healthcare. Academy Campus Development - Peak Vista purchased the Academy Campus two years ago, allowing us to offer quality care to additional patients.
